Spicy Tropical Fruit Salad
 
 Reclining Buddha, Wat Pho, Bangkok  |

Fresh pineapple chunks  | 
    Mix together. Pour dressing over and toss lightly. Serve immediately. |

        3 garlic cloves, peeled  | 
    Pound garlic, salt, chilies, and peanuts into a coarse paste in a mortar. Stir in lime juice, palm sugar, tamarind water and fish sauce. Toss with fruit. |
